The aim is the investigation of the metabolic processes in healthy people and in people with clinical signs of connective tissue displasia. The task was to investigate the physical load influence on antioxidant system, lipid circulation and main haemodynamical tests in healthy people and people with clinical signs of connective tissue displasia and correction of the biochemical shifts caused by the physical exertion. The functional condition of cardiovascular sysyem (pulse measurements, arterial pressure, ECG and veloergometry), complex laboratory investigation: state of antioxidant system, lipid circulation, investigation of the physical load influence on the healthy people and healthy people with clinical signs of connective tissue displasia metabolism with the help of the questionary. In experimental study the influence of the interval hypoxia and noradrenalin on the liver tissue, the main organ for the connective tissue homeostasis was investigated. The completed investigation revealed the peculiarities of the different intensity physical load on the metabolic processes in healthy people with clinical signs of connective tissue displasia and the pathogenetic links for the next optimization of the treatment and prophylaxis. It was stated that Robinson index and adaptation potential alterations in people with clinical signs of connective tissue displasia require more energy for the cardiac function if compared with the healthy people. It is revealed by the more pronounced shifts in the studied parameters and in the function of the suprarenal glands. The adaptation potential evaluation makes it possible to figure out the healthy people with clinical signs of connective tissue displasia for the future investigation and corrections in the prophylaxis for the slowing down of the possible somatic pathology.
