Methods of the study: experimental psychological, empirical numerical, clinical pharmacological, phenomenological description, psychopathological and clinical analysis, method of retrospective analysis of patients' medical cards. Based on the studies of patients with schizophrenia and results of standardized multifactorial questionnaire of personality, peculiarities of patients' and their relatives' reactions to existence of the mental disorder (i.e., the depressive disorder) were discovered. Specific psychological emotional changes depending on the cause of the disease were determined. Most frequently, the patients with symptoms of anxiety and depression encountered not-understanding of their psychic condition by their family, and refusal of help.
