A purpose of work - to develop software for the computer simulation of deformation processes of elements of power plant units of 200 MW under operation conditions. Research methods - methods of solid mechanics and computational mathematics. The software for modeling deformation processes of structural elements for power plant units under in-service conditions is developed, taking into account their real shapes and geometrical parameters of operational damages and changes shape in them after repair effects and material properties change over time. A industry methodology of estimating the stress state is based solely on consideration of the characteristics of the total defects and ignores the real shape of technological samples performance after repair damage effects. Therefore, the proposed of method estimate the stress-strained state of the elements of power piant units are more accurate, compared to the estimates obtained by the recommended industry practices. To evaluate the stress state of the elements are used general nonlinear relation of thermomechanics, that enabled in the addition of geometry and design take into account the elastic-plastic character of their deformation. Derived from the using of developed software quantitative estimates of the maximum operating stresses in structural elements sometimes differ significantly from the corresponding estimates based on industry techniques. With using the developed software the stress-strain state of the existing drum of power units that exceeded their economic life, including the drum boiler unit number 6 DTEK "Dobrotvir TPP" and drum boiler unit number 5 DTEK "Burshtynska TPP". On the base of carried studies are proposed the recommendations, that applied at the time of repair in the drums, and for getting estimates of remaining lifetime and reordering terms of their possible exploitation.
