The research object is the investment processes in the transport sector and their organizational components of the system - the economic and legal support . Are the subject of research partnership mechanisms of the state and the private sector in the field of transport . Purpose - to develop a theoretical framework , methodological and practical recommendations on the definition of indicators and benchmarks for the effective participation of the private sector in transport investment projects in Ukraine , the implementation of which is assumed on the basis of PPP . Theoretical basis of this study is to summarize the fundamental works of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of development of the transport industry , the laws and regulations of Ukraine. Methodological basis of the research are system - a logical approach , process approach , analysis and synthesis, decision theory , complex - a targeted approach and system analysis . The results obtained can be used both at the state , and municipal levels of government development of the transport industry to justify the possibility of attracting a project of private businesses and private businesses that are considering for themselves whether to participate in a PPP project in Ukraine.
