The most effective enzyme for cell isolation was 0.2% collagenase IA solution. It was shown at separate and coculture of adipose MSCs and NP chondrocytes that MSCs proliferated the fastest and NP chondrocytes proliferated the slowest. In a group of cocultured cell types an average cell proliferation rate has been observed. Adipose MSCs and NP chondrocytes' cultures actively proliferate in growth medium supplemented with homologous donor AB-serum and AB-platelet lysate. The increased proliferation rate of the considered cell type cultures when cultured under 5% oxygen atmosphere has been observed. It was shown the effective chondrogenic differentiation of adipose MSCs and NP chondrocytes at day 21 with final chondroid formation in standard chondrogenic medium by micromass-culture.
