The reason of a huge divergence between theoretical and experimental values of magneto-resistance in such transitions is found. Possible ways of the subsequent increase of magneto-resistance in devices which apply the effect of a spin filtration are offered. Influence of quantum dimensional effect in a ferromagnetic layer on degree of spin polarisation of a tunnel shock in two-barrier heterostructures is revealed. It is shown that using of an additional layer of carbon molecules in standard three-layer tunnel contacts with ferromagnetic electrodes allows not only to raise efficiency of their work, but also to lower noise size. It is found out that this effect grows out of presence in the investigated connections of atoms of carbon which fill oxygen vacancies on the interface ferromagnetic - barrier.
