Aim: to identify new and to investigate the effects of the known genetic systems for adaptivity and their relation to frost-resistance. Methods: genetic and diallel analyses, cytological and statistical methods. Results: Gene effects and type of their action of Vrd, Ppd, Eps systems have been determined on heading date variation. Influences of differences in Vrn, Vrd, Ppd, Hg, Gli, Glu genes, photosensitivity, duration of vernalization, cytoplasm of Aegilops tauschii have been shown on the expression of economic valuable traits. A genetic variability, inheritance, genetic control of cytometric characters in winter wheat have been studied with their relation to a frost-resistance. 2 cultivars of alternative barley have been created (Devyaty val and Valkyria), and new initial materials for breeding and genetic researches as well. Novelty: effects of Hg gene have been evaluated on agronomic traits; mono-, di- and threegenic difference in cytometric characters have been observed in winter wheat. Sphere of the use: breeding and genetics of wheat and barley, farms. Product Description popup.authors Файт Віктор Іванович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
