Aim of work - to estimate риски of epizootic situation in the pig breeding of Ukraine, relatively African plague, reproductive-respiratory syndrome pigs and illness of Ауеski. Research methods - epizootic virologic, serum, molecular-biological. During the years 2011-2013 held epizootological monitoring of emergent and monitoring of porcine devastating diseases in holdings of Eastern Regions of Ukraine. Investigations had covered the 42 holdings of Crimea Peninsula and 15 Districts of Ukraine. There was revealed emergence of PRRS and PCV-infection in 11 holdings of Kharkiv' Region, 3 - in Donetsk', 3 - in Odesa', 6 - Sumy', 6 - in Zaporizhzhya', 4 - in Kirovograd', 2 - in Kherson' Regions and 2 - in Crimean holdings. PRRS had serologically detected in holdings of 11 regions oblasts. There were 1 holding in Kharkiv and 1 holding in Dnepropetrovsk positive on PRRS and PCV-2 by cell culture' virus isolation method. All of PRRS and/or PCV-2 positive farms were also unfavorable by concurrent infections - with streptococcosis (n = 3), pasteurellosis (n = 27), mycoplasmosis (n = 38), Aujeszky's disease (n = 3). The innovative methodology to prevent of ASF skidding by acarological and immunological procedures. A set of production rules for erythrocyte diagnostics "ReproSuiScreen" for the detection of specific antibodies to PRRS, PR, PCV-2 and PPV viruses were developed for serological surveys in ASF-surveillance areas by passive hemagglutination assay (PHA). PHA specificity and sensitivity were studied in comparison with ELISA.
