Purpose - To learn of the basic principles of natural VBA formation with PRRS virus, PCV-2 and parvovirus participation in different piggery pens Epidemiological surveys were conducted under all of swine age groups in 12 Donetsk', Kharkiv' and Crimea' regions economies. The manifestations of PRRS, PCV-2 and PPI always occurred as virus-bacterial associations. It was highlighted that PCV-2 had the most complex associations. The most common viral-bacterial associations of PCV-2 were: (I ) PCV-2, Pasteurella multocida - 36,6%, yeast - 41,5%, E. coli - 11,2%, Streptococcus suis and Salmonella Typhymurium - 5,4%; (II) PCV-2, Wolinella recta - 63,5%, Streptococcus suis - 17,9% and yeast - 18,6%. PRRS virus was isolated as associations with (I) PCV-2, Actinobacillus spp. and Clostridium spp. and (II) PCV-2, Pasteurella spp. and Staphylococcus spp. PPI virus field isolates contain next bacterial pathogens: (I) Pasteurella multocida, Actinobacillus suis, Streptococcus suis; (II) Pasteurella multocida, Mycoplasma haemosuis, Sphaerotilus natans, Naumaniella neustonica. The effectiveness of implementation - The origin and distribution of porcine viral-bacterial mixt-infections regulation in Ukraine.
