Purpose of work - to conduct the epizootologicheskiy monitoring of basic bacterial diseases of finfishess of internal reservoirs of Ukraine, define efficiency and safety of medicinal form of protivomikrobnogo mean, develop instruction on control of bacterial diseases of finfishess in aquiculture. Research methods - microbiological, experimental, molecular-genetic, epizootologicheskie. New information is got on distribution of exciters of bacterial diseases of finfishess in the conditions of natural reservoirs and the specialized fish-breeder economies of Ukraine. The form of preparation is offered on the basis of Tetracyclinum with the use as vermikulit - "Vermibak". It is set that this preparation does not cause the toxic affecting organism of finfishess. Results of the conducted production tests of experimental standard testifies preparation of "Vermibak" to that, whatever he yields to on efficiency the imported preparations and releases the organism of finfishess from an infection already in seven days of treatment. A project "Instructions on control of bacterial diseases of finfishess in aquiculture" is developed, in basis of which it is fixed requirement on the leadthrough of the epizootologicheskogo monitoring of fish-breeder economies, principles and methods of laboratory diagnostics of infections, requirement on the quarantine of unhappy economies, methods of making healthy, measures of prophylaxis and methods of control of distribution of infections.
