Aim of work - to estimate the system of prophylaxis of transmission of HIV from a mother to the child in Ukraine, to work out the ways of increase of her efficiency; to work out directions of improvement of informative subsystem of epidemiology supervision after Віл-інфекцією in the field of monitoring of level of vertical transmission of HIV. Research methods - molecular-genetic, epidemiology, statistical. Theoretical value and novelty of work : the estimation of efficiency of АРВ-терапії is conducted for the women of reproductive age and АРВ-профілактики for expectant mothers; it is set that the АРВ-профілактика appointed during pregnancy did not provide complete suppression of virus in 4,46% of the ВІЛ-інфікованих expectant mothers. It is shown that lasted АРТ, begun to pregnancy, is most effective for complete oppression of реплікації of HIV for ВІЛ-інфікованих of expectant mothers. It is set in accordance with the results of ПЛР-досліджень, that frequency of transmission of HIV from a mother to the child on the modern stage of epidemic of Віл-інфекції in Ukraine folds 3,24%. First in Ukraine a complex study is undertaken in relation to the exposure of frequency and character of the mutations of резистентності of HIV, associated with firmness to антиретровірусних preparations, and level of prevalence of резистентних stamms of HIV among ВІЛ-позитивних of women of reproductive age and children, in what ВААРТ was virologic uneffective. For the estimation of role of sperm as factor of sexual way of transmission of Віл-інфекції determination of level of the viral loading of HIV is conducted in the standards of sperm depending on the clinical stage of illness and reception АРТ. Reasonably and ways and directions of increase of efficiency of the system of prophylaxis of transmission of HIV are worked out from a mother to the child in Ukraine, and also ways of improvement of informative subsystem of epidemiology supervision after Віл-інфекцією.
