Subject of investigation is water resources of Tyligulskiy lagoon, its hydrological regime and hydroecological condition. Object of investigation is Tyligulskiy lagoon in the north-western part of Black Sea. The purpose of work is definition of the role of natural and anthropogenic factors that form modern hydrological regime and hydroecological state of Tyligulskiy lagoon; development of practical guidelines for the implementation of water management at the catchment of lagoon and Tyligul River, considering anthropogenic influence and climate change. Research methods are stochastic model "climate-runoff" numerical mathematical modeling of water-salt balance and hydrological and hydroecological processes in Tyligulskiy lagoon. Results of work: geographical, ecological, social and economic conditions, natural resources of Tyligulskiy lagoon and its catchment area, changes in climatic factors that occur within the catchment of Tyligulskiy lagoon, are described; water resources of the rivers that feed Tyligulskiy lagoon in natural and transformed by water management conditions with using retrospective data are assessed; suitability of existence of artificial reservoirs in lagoon catchment is determined, the possibility of reducing losses of freshwater runoff by eliminating is considered; choice of regional global warming scenario is justified; potential state of water resource in the Tyligulskiy lagoon basin according to the chosen baseline scenario in 2001-2040 , 2041-2070 , 2071-2098 years is identified; an analysis of hydrological conditions variability of the lagoon of the present period is given; model of water and salt balance of the lagoon on the basis of retrospective data is developed and verified.
