Object of research - antimicrobial activity and biological effects of new synthetic nitrocontaining condensed compounds with the pyrimidine fragment. Purpose of work - microbiological rationale for the development of antimicrobial agents based on derivatives of nitrogen-containing condensed systems. Materials Research - pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic strains of microorganisms, laboratory animals. Research Methods - microbiological, toxicology, morphological, mathematical and statistical. The microbiological screening of 155 new synthetic compounds was performed. Compounds with high activity against gram-positive, gram-negative bacteria and fungi were examined. The resistance rate formation of Candida and Aspergillus genera concerning and parameters of acute toxicity of the most perspective compounds was investigated. Proved that resistance develops slowly and does not reach high values. Substances with antimicrobial activity have low toxicity. Experimentally proved prospects search and create new original antimicrobials based on derivatives of heterocyclic systems with a pyrimidine fragment. Product Description popup.authors Андреєва І.Д.
