The way of bacterial diphtheritic antigen obtaining is offered. Superficial antigenes of C.diphtheriae and B.pertussis by means of ultrasonic disintegration of microbic cells with the subsequent centrifugation and preparative gel chromatography are received. Optimum modes of ultrasonic radiation for increase of level of protein in antigen preparations are proved, their biological properties, biochemical structure, harmlessness and influence of preliminary parenteral and peroral introduction of the received antigen preparations on processes of formation of allergic reactions at parenteral immunization by DTP, DT vaccines, diphtheria toxoid and diphtheria toxoid with reduce antigen content, by means of studying of skin allergic reactions, Artyus's phenomenon, levels of middlemolecular circulating immune complexes and indicators of damage of neutrophils in immunized rabbits' blood are investigated. It's established that preliminary peroral vaccination by monopreparations - the fine antigen fractions of the causative agent of diphtheria and acellular pertussis superficial antigenes - on formation of skin reaction at rabbits eliminated or softened extent of manifestation of skin reaction. According to growth of level of circulating immune complexes the desensibilizing effect of combined peroral introduction of candidate preparations of causative agents of diphtheria and whooping cough to animals on the subsequent parenteral vaccination of DTP is established.
