It's established that preliminary peroral vaccination by monopreparations - the fine antigen fractions of the causative agent of diphtheria and acellular pertussis superficial antigenes - on formation of skin reaction at rabbits eliminated or softened extent of manifestation of skin reaction. According to growth of level of circulating immune complexes the desensibilizing effect of combined peroral introduction of candidate preparations of causative agents of diphtheria and whooping cough to animals on the subsequent parenteral vaccination of DTP is established.
