The structure, crystal optical and thermal phenomena in crystals ferroics during phase transitions are investigated. The regularities of the influence of structural substitution, impurities and defects on fluctuation phenomena in different physical characteristics were established. The first principle calculations of the band structure of Tl4HgI6 Tl4CdI6 crystals were carried out and optical transitions in the fundamental absorption edge were identified. The influence of uniaxial mechanical pressure on the optical properties of doped TGS crystals in wide temperature and spectral ranges was investigated. A method for optimizing the geometry of acousto-optical interaction in crystalline materials, which are the working elements of the device operating on Bragg's diffraction, was proposed. The angular width of the peaks of the piezoelectric and electro-optical effects by changing external conditions (orientation of the laser beam, the wavelength of light and temperature of the crystal) were investigated. The principles of practical application of derived crystals and related physical effects, and the model of structural elements for optoelectronics were proposed.
