Thermodynamic description of the formation of nanoclusters in multiphase semiconductor compounds have been done. Nonmonotonic dependence of the Gibbs thermodynamic potential on microscopic parameters was found. It permitted to develop the technologic regimes of the foreign clusters insertion into the crystals TiS2, MoSe2, InSe, GaSe crystals. Temperature dependence of low frequency dispersion of quasiconductivity in the layer GaSe and InSe crystal was analyzed. Temperature dependences of exponent and activation energy of low frequency dispersion were found. Within the framework of 3-bands model the changes of energy structure of electron subsystem of the layer crystal intercalated simultaneously by two different types of intercalant was studied.
