Purpose is to design suggestions to determine directions of increase of efficiency of public administration influence on activation of enterprises investment activity at the financial market of Ukraine, bringing in of free financial resources on development of real sector of economy at the national and regional levels. The research is directed o creation of new knowledge in the area of government control over the financial to support the stable development of economy on innovative basis. Methods of research are: systemic approach, methods of formal logic, analysis and synthesis, analogy and comparative analysis. In the work the directions of efficiency increase of regulation of the financial sector and legal entities activity are determined with the purpose of bringing in of investments and their sending to real sector of economy development. Conclusions are grounded and recommendations are developed in relation to improve public policy stimulation of enterprises to high investment activity and growing their operations at the national financial market. The work can be used in Ministry of finance of Ukraine practical activities and its department as well as Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine body.
