The goal of the research is the development of proposals for the definition of the ways of increasing the effectiveness of anti-crisis regulation of systemic risks in Ukraine on the basis of coordination of fiscal and monetary policy. The methods of research are analysis, generalization, systems thinking etc. Based on the results of research there were received scientifically grounded conclusions and proposals on use of foreign experience in coordinating fiscal and monetary policy for the development of the financial system of the state, also there was executed analysis of improving the credit policy of banks with state capital as the direction of the state anti-crisis policy, given suggestions and recommendations on the regulation of systemic risk with the new tools of crisis management, there was also proposed approaches for the application of risk management in the banking sector as a means of ensuring the stability of the financial system of the state. The results of the scientific research can be used in the current work units of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
