The novelty of results: the amendments to the Act of CMU "The Procedure for initiation, preparation and implementation of the projects of economic and social development of Ukraine, supported by international financial institutions" № 1027 from 26.11.2008, in the specification: ? procedural provisions in accordance with changes in the current legislation; the procedure and the entities that contribute to the CMU the documents in the case when the executor is the Major Central Government Bodies; ? the list of documents that submitted for the investment projects preparation in the framework of the projects undertaken for resources of international financial institutions in the public sector; ? improving of the capacity of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as a financial agent of the Government of Ukraine within their authority in the sphere of control for the proper usage of IFIs funds; ? the methodology of determining of the directions for the projects, which use the resources of international organizations and other donors in the public sector has improved; the guidelines to "The Strategy of attraction, usage and the monitoring of the international technical assistance and cooperation with international financial institutions for 2013 - 2016 years" in the sphere of medium-term priority identification for the projects which use funding of the international financial institutions and other donors specified; the mechanisms for efficiency increase in Ukrainian international financial cooperation has developed. It includes the amendments to the public procurement procedures for the projects which use funding of IFIs, and better project financing mechanisms implementation. The results of the research can be used for the state policy cooperation with international financial institutions.
