Objective: to reveal the conditions of social and political influence on the formation of motivation and skills of political participation.The concept of psychological support of youth organizations is developed. Structural and functional models are created, there are : a) formation of motivation for political participation , b) formation of the skills of political behavior , c) assesment of individual styles and strategies of a young man in a political environment , d ) evaluation of the effects of environment on the formation of political activity at the micro -, meso- and macro- level. We found patterns of influence on the development of political participation of interest in the sphere of politics, social trust and emotional competence. We found patterns of decision-making on political participation : the impact of framing , of the effect of anchoring , of conformity, of diffusion of responsibility , etc . Principles of formation of civic responsibility and political participation skills are identified. The criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of developing psychological technologies of political participation and environmental psychological help in the formation of civic responsibility were proposed.
