The aim of the first phase of the project is to build a concept design of a 32-channel acoustic emission monitoring system. The general principles of designing electronic have been analysed. The structural configuration of the system has been motivated and the reliability of its work has been assessed. The thermal condition and manufacturability have been calculated.
