Reviewed fatigue life of the party pieces for bolts M12 (90 pcs. ) produced by an integrated technology that includes a preliminary heat treatment of work pieces, their indexing and fast rolling maintenance bars. It is shown that the formation of surface oxide-nitride layer increases the fretting and corrosion resistance under conditions of contact corrosion VT22 - D16 in the "acid rain" and friction properties, does not affect the strength properties (short-term strength = 1320-1350 MPa, elongation = 9.10 %) but at 10...15 % reduction in fatigue strength. In this regard, ChTT made the correction mode - set temperature aging combined with oxy-nitration - 630°C for 4 h duration. According to the requirements of the State Enterprise "Antonov" developed and tested methods of conducting research on fretting fatigue VT22 alloy in contact with the alloy D16. Currently being tested samples made from billet bolts after quenching, aging in vacuum, combined with aging ChTT adjusted by the regime. Are the testing and optimization technology thread rolling according to ChTT and maintenance regimes. To produce pilot batch of bolts in PhMI upgraded vacuum thermal equipment and create technological station for sale in one mode and aging oxy-nitration for the specified parameters. This equipment allows you to process up to 30 bolts per cycle.
