Methods: the theory of complex numbers , linear algebra , theory of measurement error theory , methods for the numerical solution of equations and systems of linear equations. Experimental studies were carried out using experimental models and instrumentation, as well as physical and mathematical methods of simulation modeling through numerical analysis and computer modeling using software packages Maple15 and computer programs written in the programming language C + + and Pascal. Determination of the loss was conducted by measuring the current values of voltage, current and phase angle shift between these values , the measurements are carried out after calculating the values of active and reactive power components and complete power. For finding value reactive power it is concluded that the magnitude of loss of electrical power . To find the location suggested a loss of two approaches: the division of the network into separate branches consumption of a certain level of losses; the application phase method of determining distances to find places where there are irregularities in the energy loss . To reduce power losses developed radio-electronic and electrical devices that compensate the reactive component of power consumption , and create optimized start mode on and off electrical appliances ( electric motors ). As a result of switching inductive loads , which often turn on and off during operation of the equipment , produced more energy. The basis of selection of additional energy convey a message of occurrence of reverse pulse. This momentum is accumulated in the accumulation of electric power system where the stored energy is reused as an additional source of electricity.
