The purpose of research - development of energy - and resource saving technologiesof produce the quality metal products from iron- carbon and aluminum alloys with using metallurgical slags and the high reagent gas-flux in mixture .The technology for production of the heat-resistant cast irons by direct alloying them by molten steel slag was developed. Also developed the technology for desulfurization iron carbon alloys by treatment of the by melt processing slags, the active mixtures on their bases the refining and modifying of aluminum alloys by the plazmofluxin environments the scheme and technical recommendations on the refining iron- carbon alloys by slag components were transferred Alchevsk Iron and Steel Plant for implementation in the production of high quality steel metal production from converter steels. The technology of fluxing of the aluminum melts by the activator disk was embedded on the enterprise LTD "Vtortech". This new technology has allowed to reduce the discharge of the flux for processing the alloys it is improved from 0.5 to 0.2 % by mass of the melt , significantly it is improved better sanitary environment onr the casting part.
