Description

The basic technical requirements for fluorescence scanning optical scanning optical microscope suitable for guided fast microobject’s freezing were designed. Methods for guided fast microobject’s freezing process creating and methods for guided freezing and heating environment providing which surrounds the microobject’s in fluorescence fluorescence scanning optical scanning optical microscope were obtained. Is obtained the basic principles for a new technical means of microscopic study of cryo-and nanotechnology.5481
