A new method for evaluation of effectiveness of corrosion-mechanical fracture inhibitors for passive metals was developed. It was established that inhibitors containing cations Ca2+ and Sr2+ improves protective properties of the film formed on aluminum alloys during their repassivation by formation of unsoluble hydroxides. The mechanism of acceleration of phosphate layer formation on the alloy D16T in phosphate containing working environment under conditions of local destruction of oxide film was described and synergistic protective action of inhibiting composition " calcium phosphate - sodium nitrate" was experimentally confirmed. It was established that intensity of D16T alloy destruction depends on cyclic activation rate of its surface in corrosion environment. Oxide film is recovered at 0.05-0.5 m/min and alloy surface is destroyed by the mechanism of adhesive wear at 5 m/min or more.
