The dynamics of content of cells expressing markers of LMP2 and LMP7 in the early stages after intraportal infusion of donor splenocytes was shown. It has been shown that within the liver of tolerant rats with survival grafts the number of mononuclear cells expressing immune subunit LMP2 were significantly increased, as compared with animals without the induction of tolerance and control animals. The findings can be used for further determine of the effectiveness of endocrine tissue transplantation under donor-specific tolerance at different postoperative timing.
