The problems of sources and drivers of mental development and personality development were considered from contemporary methodological positions. The monograph presents a systematic theoretical analysis and experimental results of the self-determination problems of the subject in the context of the principle of the formation of subjectivity as a process of self-changing of personality through various forms of activity. The substantive and procedural characteristics and operating parameters of the individual self-determination in their mutual correlation were considered. The diagnostic criteria that reflect personal development and correspond with self-determination of personality were described. The system of psychological support for the process of self-determination of personality, including diagnostic, developmental and corrective methods was presented. Implementation of the monograph will contribute to optimize and harmonize personal development of the subjects of activity, development of socially significant qualities, shaping desire for self-development.
