Analysis of movement of shorelines of sea basins, of altitude position and the character of deformation of levelling surface shows that neotectonic movements are the significant factor which determines the development of slope processes and the relief in general. The eustatic rise of the level of the Azov-Black sea basin determines constant reformation and intensive destruction of the coasts with the processes of abrasion, displacements, land-slides. Scientific and methodological bases of ecological safety of natural-territorial complexes in connection with catastrophic development of geological and geomorphological processes were systematized and suggested.
