Values of specific electroconductivity, diffusion and oxigen exchange coefficients for these compaunds have been determined. Results of measurements of luminescent and dosimetric properties of best YAlO3:Mn,Hf ceramic samples obtained by solid-phase synthesis method as well as best monocrystalline samples of the same composition obtained by Czohralskiy method are presented. New method of production of crystalline sample for Bragg light cell for optoelectronic devices was developed.
