The results presented on morphofunctional peculiarities of hematopoietic cells from patients can be used for early diagnosis and monitoring of disease progression opportunities. In this project functional activity of the leukemic stem cells and progenitor cells of the bone marrow for patients with different response to tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy was examined for the first time. Also the possibility of using such indicator as the proliferative potential of bone marrow progenitor cells was analyzed to be used for prognosis of the disease progression.
