Object of research - the lengthiest and ileal bones of a skeleton of mammals (white rats, monkeys Macaca Mulatta). The work purpose - obtaining new scientific data about cellular mechanisms of a gravisensitive and gravitational-dependent processes in a bone skeleton under microgravity. Research techniques - a light microscopy, a electron microscopy, digital microphotographing, a morphometric and statistical analysis with using computer programs. The ground based experiment on animals with microgravity model was made, the biological samples of bone tissue were processed for researches, and analysis of the preparations was carried out. Preparations of bone tissue of the monkeys (Macaca mulatta), earlier received in experiment "Bion-11" were analyzed. The international space experiment on mice ("Bion-M1") was carried out (together with the Russian experts, SSC Russian Federation IMBP Russian Academy of Sciences). The primary processing of part of the experimental material for histological and electron - microscopy researches was carried out. Features of ultrastructure of the stromal and perivascular cells which are differentiating in zones of the destructive changes of bones in the conditions of a simulated microgravity were studied. New data about the histostructural reorganizations, ultrastructural features and changes in the osteocytic population in bone tissue under conditions of the hypokinesia and of the microgravity was obtained Product Description popup.authors Золотова -Гайдамака Надія Вікторівна Нестеренко Ольга Родіонова Наталія Василівна Скрипченко Олена Володимирівна Шевель Іван Михайлович popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
