Guidance is carried out with an electrical path, thus the configuration of an electrical signal which is brought to the segmented current-carrying coats of an electroelastic layer and ensures the given behaviour of a normal line to a plate surface at its centre, is subject to identification. The problem is redused by a designed method to system of integral equations of Volterra which solution is fulfilled numerically with usage regularing Tikhonov's algorithm. Statements are given and methods of solution of problems of guidance are offered by nonsteady oscillations of bimorph devices of constructions. Different measures on which warrant the configuration of a driving electrical signal is spotted are observed. The experimental research of elastic bound statically indefinite system a console - the rod is led at quasi-static or is shock - an undular loading of a console with application high-precision broad-band eight-channel extensometer LMS SCADAS Mobile (Belgium). Singularities of behaviour of the reference rod depending on an initial relationship of natural frequencies of oscillations of the rod and a console are installed. For both types of systems dynamic coefficients are spotted, nonlinearity of behaviour of a rod seat is displayed at static and dynamic loadings. The recommendation to sampling of rod seats at structural design which can test act of shock waves is given.
