The subject of research is thyroid status, reproductive and bone system of different sex rats with a merkazolile hypothyroidism after influence of placenta and YAV-99, synthesis and specific action of chemical compounds, hormonal and immune status of patients with the different origin hypothyroidism.The aim of work: to define possibility of placenta extract application and compound with thyroid stimulating activity from the dihydrotriazolopyrimidins row for the hypothyroidism and the reproductive and bone system disorders correction, which arise up at the thyroid reduce function. Research methods - pharmacological, immunofermental, biochemical, chemical, physical and chemical, biological, clinical, statistical. The introduction of placenta preparations and compound of YAV-99 both for males and for females with experimental merkazolil thyroprivia results in the increase of hormonopoietic activity of thyroid. Thyroprivia both rats males and the females results in expressive and proof disorders of the reproductive system and causes a proof immunosuppression. Preparations of placenta proceed in a reproductive function and normalize the state of the immune system, increasing of the leucocytes amount and pool of T-lіmphocytes. Development of hypothyroidism brings to expressed osteoporotical phenomena in the bone system both females and males of rats. Levothyroxyne does not remove the consequences of negative influence of thyroprivia on the microstructure of body of vertebrae; the extract of placenta actively influences on the processes of bone recovery; YAV-99 proceeds in the microstructure of vertebrae lost as a result of thyroprivia both females and males. Use of placental preparation "Bioglobin U" for patients with the primary hypothyroidism of different genesis make for the positive dynamics of thyroid and immune status, especially in the group of a thyroprivia patients which complicated with thyroid untoxic pathology after operational state. The new perspective is first got for subsequent pharmacological researches of N'-[(1E)-1-(6-methyl-2,4-dyoxo- 2H-hyrane-3(4H) -ilidene)ethyl]hydrazide of 24th hydrocarboxylic acids and set, that they have E-enaminoketonnoe structure.
