The purpose is radar studies of wave disturbances in the geospace over Ukraine under the influence of the energy sources of different nature. The methods of study are ground based radio physical methods of incoherent scatter of radio waves and vertical radio sounding. The report contains a description and results of the work carried out in 2011 - 2013 based on the decree of MES 1066/609 from 26.11.2009 about the list of works that are recommended for realization by the state budget since 2011. The results of comprehensive studies of wave disturbances in the atmosphere and ionosphere over Ukraine in the undisturbed periods, during powerful rocket launches, as well as during the effect on the ionosphere by high-power high-frequency radio transmission are reported. Research results can be used in fundamental research of solar- terrestrial relationships, near-Earth environment, interaction of usual and space weather systems, as well as for applications associated with the influence of wave disturbances on the telecommunications, radio location and radio navigation systems, on the operation of satellite facility in the open outer space.
