On background of the adjuvant disease the Diclofenac does not promote increase of the pathogenesis of hypertension but the Nimesulide does. The Amlodipine as an antihypertensive agent in monotherapy and in complex application with the Diclofenac and with the Nimesulide on background of the adjuvant arthritis demonstrates the specific pharmacological effect. The analgesic effect of the Nimesulide is higher and longer than that of the Diclofenac in adjuvant disease. The Nimesulide and the Diclofenac demonstrate highest analgesic effect at peak of the inflammatory process. The Amlodipine shows the significant analgesic effect in adjuvant disease. Complex application of the Diclofenac with Amlodipine or of the Nimesulide with the Amlodipine leads to increased analgesic effect of NSAIDs evidently due to the analgesic effect of the Amlodipine. The Amlodipine antiedematous effect first detected on rheumatoid arthritis model. The gastroprotective effect is inherent in the dihydropyridine calcium antagonist. The results of the research are included in the Information sheet. The research results will contribute to the optimization of medical technology for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
