Experiments were carried out with acetone under the conditions of saturation. The threshold values of heat flux densities, above which a stable vapor film is formed, are lower at vertical position of this heat-transfer surface than at horizontal one. The region of operation parameters, corresponding to formation of a third heat transfer crisis was determined.
