On the basis of specialized numerical experiments optimal parameters for procedures of short wave radiation accounting and horizontal and vertical mixing are chosen. Prognostic experiments on 2007 - 2008 years by using of models of INM of the RAS and MHI of the NASU are carried out. Thermohaline and dynamics peculiarities of circulation are obtained. Comparison with climatic fields has shown that the results reconstruct known space peculiarities of the Black Sea circulation and seasonal variability of thermohaline fields. Results of modeling are compared with observation data. Comparison of model profiles of temperature and salinity with observation data has shown that model temperature on the sea surface is higher then one obtained from satellite and drifters. In warm season model temperature profiles correspond to ARGO data, but in cold season in upper 100 m layer data are different. Model values of salinity correspond quite well to observation data on whole depth. Below 300 m calculated temperature and salinity actually don't distinguish from measured values. Conditions of thermohaline structure formation of the Black Sea surface layer are studied. Dynamics of synoptic and mesoscale formations is considered in the surface and deep sea layers. Analysis of energy fore the regions with intensive water dynamics is made. Investigations show that the most significant changes in energy redistribution occur in summer period. Significant contribution of baroclinic instability of the General Black Sea Current into eddies formation in the coastal zones is found. Four zones of the most probable formation of mesoscale eddies and currents are determined in the Black Sea.
