Conception and principles of construction TE new generation, which are named the tracking comptrollers, have been developed. New TE along with implementation of traditional functions, allow to diagnose regulative and latching devices and allow to localize defects on the basis of measuring of rotation angle of arbor and instantaneous power of consumption of electric drive. Pilot models of separate components of the tracking comptroller, namely: block of capacitive sensor of rotation angle of arbor, unificational reshaper of output signal and module of registration of instantaneous power have been developed and made. Experimental researches of components confirmed the rightness of the chosen conception. An application domain is power enterprises, producing electric power, in particular atomic power-station.
