Use of energy-saving ETF for high frequency induction heating allows to reduce energy consumption by (20-30)% average due to increase of the electric and thermal efficiency, allows to increase productivity of ETF work in (1.5-2) times due to to increase of heating rate , allows to increase ETF efficiency, allows to reduce in several times the costs of materials for manufacture and repair of ETF inductors, as well as ecology improve; allows to provide replaceent ETF-200 inductors of different dimension and types for automatic maintenance of a given parameters of electrothermal process and, respectively, parametric stabilization of power value for every moving parts up to hundreds kilogram.
