Recyclisation 5-amino-1,3-oxazoles in a new pyrimidine derivatives were investigated. Synthesis of condensed pyrimidine systems were designed based on sulfonyl substituted cyanopyrroles and dichlorakrylonitryles. Conversion of derivative of oxazole, thiazole and imidazole to other heterocyclic systems were investigated. A convenient approach to synthesis of condensed derivatives of azoles and azines - pyrazolooxazynones, pyrazolothiazynones, oxazolotriazynones, oxazolopirymidynes, pyrrolopurynes, pyrroloimidazodiazaphosphinines was developed. Testing a number of derivatives of nitrogen heterocycles as inhibitors of furin, protein kinase CK2 and study of their immunocorrective properties were performed.
