The approaches to the synthesis of new heterocyclic systems - oxazolo[5,4-d]pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine and oxazolo[5,4-d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine, have been investigated. It was observed role of brassinosteroids in the activation of plant alternative pathway respiration under salinity. It was studied the aerobic oxidation of linoleic acid by plant lipoxygenases in the presence of 24-epibrassinolide. The laboratory and pot experiments, on the basis of which the developed formulation and application of regulations for the treatment of seeds of wheat composite products, containing organohelates of copper, iron and compound stress protective action, were developed.
