Aim - to work out of technology use drugs interferon and of inducers in patients with destructive pulmonary tuberculosis by examining variations in the interferon system disorders based on data analysis of specific and nonspecific immune resistance. Were established, that mononuclear immune deficiency (MIN) occurs in almost all patients on the DTBL (99%) and in 73 % patients these changes were profound (third degree) and were combined with a combination of depressions of T-, B- cells and monocytes (57 %). Developed method for the treatment of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, which helps normalize the system of g-IFN and immune system as a whole, which increases the effectiveness of treatment by reducing in 1,9 times the timing resolution of infiltrative changes in the lungs, increasing 2,2 times the percentage of patients, in which disappeared the cavity in the lungs and were reduced in 1,3 times periods of stay of patients in hospital.
