The pilot zone for researching and implementation of the SEH technologies was formed in Derazhnyansky district of Khmelnitsky region. The pilot zone was configured on the base of 27 general educational schools. Monitoring of energy efficiency of installed SEH systems was held. Energy efficiency of the new electroheating technologies were compared with other technologies based on non-traditional and renewable energy sources. The SEH technology with embedded into building constructions heating cable has been chosen as the optimal technology for the pilot area. The results of researches were used on the 5 units of implementation. Also they were used for creating of two norm documents (regulations) DBN V.2.5-24: 2012 "Cable heating system electrical" and DSTU-N B.V.2.5-65: 2013 "Guide for installation and using of systems of electric heating in residential and public objects".
