The mathematical models and numerical methods for calculating the dynamics of heat and mass transfer, phase changes and shrinkage during dehydration capillary-porous and colloidal capillary-porous materials in convective dryers continuous are developed. The equations for determining the pressure, temperature, velocity and volume concentrations of steam and air in the drying agent were obtained. The program complexes calculation of the dynamics and kinetics of dehydration of capillary-porous and colloidal capillary-porous bodies in a co-current belt dryer were designed. A new of convection-condensation method of drying heat-sensitive materials is developed and the proposed flowsheet dual-zone belt ramjet drying unit that will implement it.
