Phase dispersion of turbulence layer can be estimated using calculation of amplitude zeros maximum number in the dispersed field. Optical correlation method was proposed for the phase singularities diagnostic in the complicated speckle-field by the way of comparison of amplitude and intensity correlation radius. New setup of Free Space Optics data transmission system was proposed. This setup focus signal beam in the small region and collect the major part of intensity in the center of beam and inverse phase mask usage can eliminate the possibility of errors in the detection zero-one signal. New method was proposed for the Free Space Optics data transmission systems using superposition of several polarization separated signal beams. Experimental investigation of propagation for the singular beam with high topological index transmitted through turbulence atmosphere was obtained. Experimental results confirm advisability of those beams and setup for the Free Space Optics data transmission systems.
