The main aim is to develop a control algorithm of the Individual heat point (IHP), the determination of optimal operation of heat supply system of the building, which would provide in accordance with the sanitary standards of temperature and air regime in terms of minimizing loss of heat. During the execution of the work were carried out experimental studies of long-term operation of IHP and the main parameters of heating: temperature of heat transfer agent in the flow and return pipe, the air temperature in the control room and the environment, coolant flow and heat in the flow and return pipe, the pressure in the pipes. Also was carried a comparative analysis of the experimental data of different modes of operation of IHP, which supports the desired room temperature depending on the outdoor temperature (weather-compensated control) and time of day (daily regulation). According to the research were identified features of the heating of the investigated building during the heating season for to develop measures to optimize operating modes IHP to increase energy efficiency, as well as an algorithm of the management of IHP for heating of administrative building in the premises, which provides thermal comfort for consumers without violations of sanitary standards.
