Kavetsky Institute of Experimental Pathology, Oncology and Radiobiology popup.description2 It was established that the contribution of genetic component in the development of cancer of the female reproductive system and the gastrointestinal tract in 142 families of patients with endometrial cancer (EC) is 58,0±2,4% in Kiev region. On the basis of family history of patients with EC and ovarian cancer (OC) informative factors associated with genetic burdened of families were defined (Kullback criterion). After conducting ranking features by the degree of informativeness (I), the following factors were established: patients with EC - level of the removed DNA damage (I=2.00) and the frequency of spontaneous chromosome aberrations (I=1.96) in peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs), the presence of human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16,18 infection (I=0.76); patients with OC - the frequency of chromosome aberrations in PBLs induced by radiomimetic (I=2.25), age of the disease from 45 to 50 years (I=2.00), the presence of human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16,18 infection (I=0.67). These data are basis for the appropriate evaluation of the predisposition to cancer.
