On the basis of the researches found in national and foreign scientific literature on management of the operational activity of the enterprises it is pointed out that nowadays the existing approaches for profitable volume of production do not satisfy present condition of management. It is defined that one of the main reason is lack of the approaches to estimate profitable volume of production taking into account current financial needs of enterprise. To solve this problem the necessity of estimating profitable volume of production on the basis of the combination model "Costs-Volume-Profit" and the pure money flow of the operational activity of the enterprise is elaborated and scientifically substantiated in the work. On this basis a new index called "the threshold" volume of production which helps to estimate the profitable volume of production taking into account current financial needs of enterprise is offered. Interdependences between the main managerial elements of the economic activity of the enterprise are established. Unlike the existing elements of management they are based on the estimation of their threshold meanings which allow to form and make an effective decision concerning management of the economic activity of the enterprise in whole. The operating states in managing volume of production, fixed chargers with a product range, debutorial debts, the production stores and renovating of product assortment are realized. The expediency of using the obtained managerial decisions for enterprises on processing and producing meat products is economically substantiated.
