Subject of research thermokinetic parameters of heat release, which accompanying of hardening of cement mixtures in the presence of admixtures and can be quantified using modern measuring techniques in order to obtain objective technologically appropriate information. The purpose of research development a method to evaluate and maintain effectiveness of used admixtures in cements and concretes. Research methods basic experiments performed by methods of isothermal and semi-adiabatic calorimetry with using the apparatus of thermokinetic analyses and monitoring. Rheological method for determining fluidity of cement pastes and standard of physical and mechanical tests used to interpret the results of technological assessment of the impact of admixtures. The results and their novelty: - mobile semi-adiabatic calorimeter, method of testing and a software application for the adoption and adjustment of technological solutions are developed; - criteria of assessing the effectiveness of the influence of admixtures on the curing of cement systems by calorimetric data are developed. There are four levels of evaluation of the effect of admixtures that help to improve efficiency of their use and to avoid the use of incompatible compositions applied of certain technologies concrete; - concept of joint use of calorimetry and rheological flow test cement pastes in order to establish the compatibility of admixtures with cements are improved, which reduces the amount of standard tests of concrete mixes and concrete. The results of research are introduced in the production technology of ready-mixed concrete and in the learning process for laboratory works. They can also be used in the chemical and construction industries in the production of cements, concretes and concretes products, dry mixes and admixtures for concrete. The forward-looking assumptions to the improving of the obtained development used in a production environment and continuous monitoring of curing compositions can accumulate a database, which will improve the processing algorithms of the test results, improve forecast accuracy and expand the scope of application of the developed methods.
